We can issue neutral or arbitral expert opinions or act on your behalf as your consultant. Subject to our respective function we determine objectified business values, arbitral values or critical prices and decision values relevant from your point of view.

Typical events requiring a business valuation are the acquisition and sale of a business/ business unit, purchase price allocations and impairment tests. 

We have ample experience with business restructurings and functional transfers for both company law and tax purposes.

The function we are assigned and the cause for valuation directly determine the depth of our analyses as well as the valuation methods to be applied (DCF, Discounted Earnings Value and multiples methods). We make a point of coordinating the engagement terms closely with you and tailoring them to your needs.
