IVC Independent Valuation & Consulting is an independent auditing company specialising in valuation and consulting services. We combine valuation and consulting with accounting.

By virtue of our special focus on complex consulting matters, we can offer diversified and technically challenging projects in Germany and abroad.

Our team in Essen currently consists of more than 30 people, including  23 university graduates, seven chartered accountants, six tax consultants, one lawyer, two CFA’s, as well as one publicly-appointed business valuation expert.
