Alexander advises clients in particular on corporate law (squeeze-outs, inter-company agreements), transaction-oriented and accounting-oriented (purchase price allocations and impairment tests) valuation issues.

He also advises on special issues in the field of accounting (valuation of employee incentive programs) and business administration (valuation of liquidation preferences). Alexander was a member of the IDW working group “Basiszinssatz” and is a member of the examination commission for auditors.

Furthermore, Alexander is the contact person for special questions regarding the determination of capital costs and for complex econometric and statistical analyses.
