We accompany our clients in all stages of their selling process.

We offer personal project management over all stages of the respective transaction through one of IVC’S  experienced Partners.

If requested, we will also support the project teams of our clients in individual modules of their sales process.

Regarding sales transactions, we especially offer the identification and addressing of potential buyers who could be strategic buyers (e.g. competitors, suppliers, customers) as well as financial investors (e.g. investment companies, family offices or private equity companies).

We also support our clients in:

  • creating a concise prospectus and/or a detailed sales memorandum
  • preparing and implementing the visit to the buyer’s data rooms
  • valuing their company
  • preparing and leading contract negotiations until the project’s successful completion
