Cost and payment calculation according to public price regulations
For communities and municipal businesses, market prices that result from competition need to be considered first. Whenever market prices cannot be determined through competition the “Vorschriften über das öffentliche Preisrecht” (VO PR 30/53) and the “Leitsätze für die Preisermittlung” (LSP) need to be applied, both of which provide guidelines to the aforementioned.
